Your relaxing stay, Chin Up! At the hawk's nest
Chin Up! At the Hawk's Nest is a facility located in Basilicata, on the Lucanian Apennines, in the municipality of Abriola, just 20 km from Potenza. This enchanting mountain location allows you to stay in wooden cabins with double and twin rooms, ensuring a 360° interaction with nature.
To encourage complete relaxation, there is no internet connection in the cabins: our philosophy, digital detox, allows you to disconnect from the daily grind. The facility includes a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using high-quality local products at zero food miles.
Among the services available by reservation are excursions, gong baths, forest baths, yoga, astronomy, mountain aperitifs, cooking experiences, and nature workshops for adults and children, for a fully immersive experience in nature.

Stay in a Cabin
The property has three wooden cabins: Falco cabin, Scoiattolo cabin, Riccio cabin. Each cabin consists of two rooms: a double room and a twin room with two single beds or a double bed, and a bathroom, for a total of 12 beds, 4 per cabin.
It is possible to book the Riccio cabin with exclusive use of the outdoor Finnish hot tub, with hydromassage and chromotherapy, for 2 to 4 people. The hot tub can be used in all seasons, but becomes an even more evocative outdoor experience during winter, immersed in the warmth of the water when the contrast between the heat of the water and the crisp mountain air creates a moment of pure well-being.

Ski lifts and slopes, snowshoeing both during the day and at night, excursions, yoga, yoga trekking, moon trekking, forest bathing, gong bath, horseback excursions, independent walks through the woods to admire the beautiful beech forests in the area, a walk to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Monteforte in Abriola where you can admire all the peaks in the area and observe the wild Lucanian nature.
